Retrospective Rating Services

Retrospective Rating (Retro) is a safety incentive program offered by L&I. In Retro you can earn a partial refund of your Workers’ Compensation premiums if you reduce workplace injuries and lower associated claim costs. Any employer with an industrial insurance account in good standing can participate – either as an individual business or in a Retro group.

We offer a FREE analysis of any Retrospective Rating program you are considering joining. We break down the costs and benefits for each group or individual option. If you are already a Retro member, we will analyze the performance of your company within its current program to make sure your business is where it best fits. We help our customers meet qualifications for their selected Retro and remain in good standing.

Your business may not need our full service program or have an interest in belonging to a Retro group. We offer a service option that is ideal for these situations. We have tailor made our Subscription Program for businesses in need of expert assistance and guidance, but which may not need full claims management. The Subscription Program provides businesses with the support and advice that their in-house staff needs to effectively handle Workers’ Compensation claims and safety concerns.
