You may choose to walk through with the ICM Loss Control Specialist or feel free to let them roam unescorted. ICM will conduct an on-site consultation and provide a typed report with picture(s) detailing the deficiencies. Tips: How Make the Most of Your On-site Walk Through

[dc]This[/dc] on-site walk through preparation procedure is aimed to ensure you get the most out of your first, next, or regular visit from ICM. Below is a list of items that, if in place before your walk through, will ensure a more efficient assessment of how your business is doing with workplace safety.

• Prepare your Accident Prevention Program for review
• Prepare a copy of the minutes taken from your last two safety meetings
• Prepare a copy of your new hire safety orientation training documents, including employee signature pages for the two most recent new hires.
• Prepare a copy of your last two safety committee or safety meeting self-inspection form noting any deficiencies and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare a copy of your most recent Safety Data Sheets (SDS’s) on safety training for the two most recent hires.
• Prepare a copy of your two most recently completed accident investigation forms.
